Today was a great day because

I spent the whole day on the phone to SAA after they cancelled my flight for no apparent reason. a week in advance. After I gave them my cc details. They don't know why they cancelled it either. Oh another great institution that doesnt work. Just like Nedbank. Oh did I mention the average hold waiting time is 9.45 seconds before someone pings you off to the next consultant?
